On behalf of the New Zealand Principals Federation and the 2025 Conference Committee, I would like to thank everyone who attended our conference in Te Whanganui a Tara, Wellington. 

While Wellington blessed us with the winds for which it is famous, this did not detract from the collegiality and warmth of the conference overall. The 2025 conference was themed Tākina Te Hau, after these winds, and we succeeded in offering our delegates a stimulating and thought-provoking programme both educationally and socially.  We hope you have returned to your schools feeling challenged, excited, and inspired with a fresh mindset to take on any winds of change that come your way. 

On behalf of the NZPF Conference Committee, best wishes for a successful end to 2025.  We look forward to welcoming you to the ICP Convention in Tāmaki Makaurau, Auckland next year.
